Can I return/exchange my earrings?

As cleanliness is next to Godliness, we do not accept returns on earrings. However, if a product is faulty or damaged upon initial receipt, please contact us at womentally@gmail.com and we will gladly replace the product for you.
 
To initiate your replacement request, please include in the email:
1. Order number
2. A clear image of the damaged/faulty product

Are these earrings safe for me?

If you have sensitive skin, you should always take precautions when purchasing jewelry.  Please read the details under each piece of jewelry to be informed of the material(s) it consists of.

Unless otherwise noted all of our jewelry is made of Stainless-Steel (SS). All Gold-plated Stainless-Steel jewelry have real gold plating, either Electroplating or PVD (physical vapor deposition)

Stainless Steel is an alloy of steel with chromium and sometimes another element (such as nickel or molybdenum) that is practically immune to rusting and ordinary corrosion. (Merriam-Webster. (n.d.). Stainless Steel is resistant to stains, discoloration or loss of mass due to rusting. This is because it contains sufficient chromium to form a passive film of oxide on the surface, which isolates the substrate from the reactive environment. Overall, "protect your piece" no matter the material, and use your discretion when purchasing.

What's shipping like?

Currently, we only offer Domestic shipping, through USPS (first class shipping) at a $5 flat rate. 
 
Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a shipping notice.
